Over seven weeks, 39 young people graduated from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Ohio’s Empowering Future Leaders program, gaining life-changing skills in leadership, cultural competency, and career development.
The program, led by CEO Marvin Whitfield, helps youth from diverse backgrounds and challenging circumstances develop self-management, build healthy relationships, and explore career paths, including STEAM fields. Through engaging workshops and inspiring guest speakers, participants grow into confident, capable leaders ready to make a difference in their communities.
